Inspired by our friend, Kristi, who avoids gluten due to an auto-immune condition, these cookies are created from our original award-winning recipe using King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. The Monster cookies include Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free rolled oats. A complete ingredient list and important gluten-free baking notes can be found below the flavor descriptions.
